Evercore Partners, an investment banking boutique that provides advisory and investment management services, filed for an IPO with the SEC on Friday. The company had revenues of $126 million and net income of $63 million in net income. Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are the lead underwriters on the deal. The company has filed to be traded on the NYSE under the ticker EVR. Pricing terms have yet to be determined.
