KBW Inc., a boutique investment bank specializing in the financial services industry, increased the size of its offering on Wednesday to 6.8 million shares, up from 6.52 million shares. The range remains at $19-$21. The offering will now consist of 2.9 million insider shares, up from 2.77 million. The deal is expected to price tonight; KBW is managing the deal along with Merrill Lynch.
