Internet photo services company Shutterfly announces terms for IPO

Shutterfly, a leading online photo service that lets consumers share, store, edit and print digital photos, announced the terms for its IPO on Thursday. The California-based company plans to offer 5.8 million shares at a range of $13-$15. The deal has a proposed market cap of $390 million. JP Morgan, Piper Jaffray and Jefferies are set to manage the deal. Timing has yet to be announced.
