Breakaway Solutions, which offers a broad range of IT services to rapidly growing enterprises, priced 3 million shares at $14 each. The company, which is 40% owned by recent IPO and business-to-business venture investor Internet Capital Group, had originally filed to price within a range of $10-$12. Breakaway will start trading tomorrow.
