CRM Holdings, a provider of fee-based management and other services for workers’ compensation self-insured groups in New York and California, registered with the SEC for an initial public offering Monday evening. Sandler O'Neill and KeyBanc Capital will be the underwriters on the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be determined.
