InfraSource Services prices 8.6mm shares at $13

Utility infrastructure contractor InfraSource Services priced 8.6 million shares at $13, the low end of its downwardly revised $13-$15 range. Of the 8.6 million shares, only 100,000 were offered by insiders. Originally, insiders were expected to sell 7.4 million shares out of a proposed 14.7 million shares. Lehman Brothers is the lead underwriter for the deal. The stock is expected to open for trading under the ticker symbol "IFS" on Friday.
