In sign of strong demand, Visicu, a provider of remote ICU monitoring systems to major hospitals, priced 6.0 million shares at $16, above its upwardly revised range of $13 to $15. The company had originally set a range of $11 to $13. Morgan Stanley and Wachovia Securities headed the quartet of underwriters on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ this morning under the symbol "EICU."
