Goodman Global, the second largest US manufacturer of HVAC products for residential & light commercial use, priced its initial public offering of 23.5 million shares at $18, the high end of its proposed $16 to $18 price range, on Wednesday night. Of the shares sold, 2.6 million were offered by insiders. JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs were the lead underwriters on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker GGL on Thursday.
