Hospice services provider VistaCare plans to go public

VistaCare, a provider of hospice services to 3,300 patients in the United States, filed to go public. The Scottsdale, AZ based company is following the footsteps of Odyssey Healthcare, which went public in October 2001. Lehman Brothers is the lead underwriter for this deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
