VistaCare, a provider of hospice care to 3,300 terminally ill patients per day, announced the terms for its IPO. According to an amended SEC filing, the Scottsdale, AZ based company plans to offer 6 million shares at a range of $11-$13. Lead underwriter Lehman Brothers has yet to announce timing for this deal.
