Hercules Offshore, a supplier of shallow-water drilling and liftboat services in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico announced that it priced its 9.2m share IPO at $20 per share, the high end of its $18-$20 proposed range. Credit Suisse First Boston and Citigroup managed the deal and trading is expected to begin Thursday.
