Health insurance company Anthem increases amount of shares to be offered by 40%

Anthem, an insurance company offering health benefits in 8 states, raised the number of shares it will offer in its IPO from 28.6 million to 40 million in an apparent sign of strong demand. The price range remains unchanged at $33-$37 per share. Lead underwriter Goldman Sachs is expected to price this deal on Monday, October 29 for trading the following day.
