Town Sports International Holdings, the third largest fitness club operator in the U.S. with facilities in the mid-Atlantic and northeast, plans to offer 10.0 million shares (2.4 million insider shares) at a range of $16 to $18. Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, William Blair, Piper Jaffray and RBC Capital Markets will underwrite the deal. Timing has yet to be announced.
