VCA Antech (formerly known as Veterinary Centers of America), an operator of 214 animal hospitals and 15 laboratories, lowered the price range for its upcoming IPO from $12-$14 to $10-$12. The amount of shares to be offered remains unchanged at 14 million. CS First Boston is expected to price this deal Tuesday for trading Wednesday.
