Altus Medical, maker of an FDA approved system for hair, vein and tattoo removal who sells to dermatologists, plastic surgeons and general physicians, filed an IPO registration statement with the SEC Friday. The Burlingame, CA based firm has selected UBS Warburg and Lehman Brothers to manage the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
