GMH Communities prices 28.6 mm shares at $12

GMH Communities, a specialty housing company who provides housing to off-campus college students and military families, priced 28.6 million shares at $12 on Wednesday night, below its expected price range of $13 to $15. Banc of America Securities and Goldman Sachs were joint book runners on the deal. Trading is expected to begin on Thursday on the NYSE under the ticker symbol GCT.
