Aircastle Limited, a global lessor of high-utility commercial jet aircraft to passenger and cargo airlines, priced its 9.1 million share offering at $23, the top of its $21-$23 range. JP Morgan, Bear Stearns & Co. and Citigroup acted as joint bookrunners on the deal. The deal is expected to open for trading Tuesday morning the NYSE under the symbol "AYR".
