Sidoti & Company, a leading provider of equity research on small- and micro-cap public companies, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $35 million in an initial public offering.
Sidoti will use IPO proceeds to support its nascent asset management platform focused on investing in the small- and micro-cap companies it researches. The company does not plan to pay dividends. Sidoti & Company will serve as a joint bookrunner on the deal.
The New York, NY-based company, which was founded in 1999 and booked $31 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2014, plans to list on the NYSE MKT under the symbol SDTI. WR Hambrecht and Sidoti & Company are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
