Buckeye GP Holdings LP, the general partner of Buckeye Partners, filed to go public on Thursday. Buckeye, based in Emmaus, PA is engaged in the transportation, terminalling and storage of refined petroleum products. It operates 7,450 miles of pipeline and 44 product terminals with a capacity of 17.2 million barrels. Goldman Sachs is the lead manager for this IPO.
