Global Cash Access, a provider of cash access products and other services to gaming industry, announced Tuesday evening that it will offer 16.1 million shares at a range of $12-$14. Assuming the stock prices at the midpoint, the company will have an initial market capitalization of $1.0 billion. Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan will be the joint book runners on the deal. Timing has yet to be determined.
