Altra Holdings, a leading maker of mechanical power transmission and motion control products with a presence in over 70 countries, priced its offering of 10 million shares at $13.50, slightly below its proposed $14-$16 range. Merrill Lynch lead managed the IPO and the stock is expected to commence trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "AIMC" on Friday.
