Exelon spinoff InfraSource Services announces IPO terms

InfraSource Services, a leading US utility infrastructure contractor and former unit of Exelon, announced the terms for its IPO on Monday. According to an amended SEC filing, InfraSource plans to offer roughly 14.7 million shares at a range of $16-$18 and has a proposed market cap of $646 million. Lead underwriter Lehman Brothers has yet to determine a pricing date for the deal.
