EV Energy Partners, a limited partnership that focuses on developing oil and gas properties, priced its initial public offering of 3.9 million units at $20, the midpoint of its proposed $19 to $21 range, on Tuesday night. AG Edwards was the lead underwriter on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker EVEP on Wednesday.
