Papa Murphy's prices IPO at $11, the low end of the range

Papa Murphy's, a pizza chain known for its "Take 'N' Bake" pizzas, raised $64 million by offering 5.8 million shares at $11, the low end of the range of $11 to $13. Papa Murphy's plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol FRSH. Papa Murphy's initially filed confidentially on 12/16/2013. Jefferies & Co., Baird and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
