Clean Energy Fuels Corp, a provider of natural gas and alternative fuel for vehicles, filed for an IPO on Wednesday. The California-based company serves 200 vehicle fleet customers in the United States and Canada. WR Hambrecht and Simmons & Company are set to manage the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
