Taleo, a provider of web-based enterprise staffing management solutions to over 140 customers, filed to go public on Wednesday. Taleo, formerly known as Recruitsoft, provides its solutions to large organizations, including Starbucks, HP, Honeywell and Washington Mutual. The company has selected Citigroup to lead manage the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be determined.
