Atlas Energy Resources LLC, which develops and produces natural gas and oil in the Appalachian Basin, priced its initial public offering of 6.3 million units at $21, the high end of its proposed $19 to $21 range, on Tuesday night. UBS Investment Bank was the lead underwriter on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on Wednesday under the ticker ATN on the NYSE.
