EV Energy Partners, a limited partnership that focuses on developing oil and gas properties, registered for an initial public offering Monday afternoon. The company plans to offer 3.9 million common units, but has yet to declare a price range. A.G. Edwards and Raymond James will underwrite the deal. Timing has not been announced.
