Atlas Pipeline Holdings, an entity that will own the general partnership interests of Atlas Pipeline Partners, a publicly traded midstream energy limited partnership, registered for an initial public offering Thursday evening. Lehman Brothers will be the sole book runner on the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
