Incredimail, a provider of customized email for the home user market, registered for an initial public offering Wednesday evening and plans to offer 2.5 million shares at a range of $6-$8. Assuming the stock prices at the midpoint, the Israel-based company will have an initial market capitalization of $70 million. Maxim Group will underwrite the deal. Timing has yet to be determined.
