Allot Communications, which offers broadband optimization solutions to Internet service providers, priced 6.5 million shares at $12 Wednesday evening, 20% above the midpoint of its proposed $9-$11 range. Lehman Brothers led the group of managers on the deal for the Israeli company. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ on Thursday under the ticker ALLT.
