Alliance Holdings GP, an entity that owns the general partnership interests of publicly traded coal limited partnership Alliance Resource Partners, priced 12.5 million shares at the high end of its $23 to $25 range on Tuesday night. The stock will begin trading on Wednesday. Lehman Brothers and Citigroup were joint book runners on the deal.
