Wilbur Ross-backed global auto components supplier IAC Group files for a $115 million IPO

International Automotive Components Group, a global auto components supplier, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $115 million in an initial public offering. The Southfield, MI-based company, which was founded in 2006 and booked $4.7 billion in sales for the 12 months ended March 31, 2013, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol IACG. BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
