June 5, 2013

Colony American Homes, a REIT managed by Colony Capital focused on leasing single-family homes, postponed its IPO on Wednesday citing poor market conditions. The New York, NY-based company was founded in 2012 and booked $20 million in sales for the 12 months ended 3/31/2013. Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
