Netlist, a manufacturer of DRAM memory subsystems that sells to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as IBM and Dell, filed terms with the SEC on Tuesday morning. The company plans to offer 6.3 million shares at a range of $7 to $9, with insiders selling 719k shares. At the midpoint, the company will have an initial market capitalization of $175 million. Thomas Weisel Partners will lead manage the deal and timing has yet to be announced.
