Cal Dive International, which provides diving and support services to energy producers in the Gulf of Mexico, priced 22.2 million shares Thursday morning at $13, shortly after filing with the SEC to lower its proposed range from $14-$16 to a price of $13. Banc of America and JP Morgan managed the deal. The stock is expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange today under the ticker DVR.
