Stanley, Inc., which provides IT consulting services to the US DoD and other government agencies, priced its offering of 6.3 million shares at $13, the midpoint of its proposed $12 to $14 range, on Tuesday night. Of the shares sold in the offering, slightly more than 1 million were offered by insiders. Citigroup was the sole book runner on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker SXE on Wednesday.
