CommVault, a leading provider of data management software applications under the QiNetix brand name, filed with an initial public offering with the SEC on Friday night. Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs are the joint book runners on the deal. The company has filed to be traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker CVLT. Pricing terms were not disclosed in the initial filing.
