Aircraft lessor AerCap Holdings files for IPO

AerCap Holdings, a global lessor of aircraft and engines, filed for an IPO on Thursday. The Amsterdam-based company plans to offer 26.1 million shares at a range of $22-$24. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers are set to manage the deal, which has a proposed market cap of nearly $2 billion. The deal is expected to price the week of November 20th.
