KAT Construction Services, which produces and installs stone architectural features in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $20 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $20 million by offering 3.3 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7. At the midpoint of the proposed range, KAT Construction Services would command a market value of $51 million.

Operating as KAT Construction, the company fabricates and installs natural and engineered stone countertops, surfaces, and related architectural features for commercial, multi-family, and residential projects, primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It operates through three divisions, which accounted for approximately 40% (Multi-Family), 34% (Residential), and 26% (Commercial) of 2025 revenue. The company has served Home Depot for approximately 30 years, currently covers 54 Home Depot stores, and generated approximately 27% of 2025 revenue from Home Depot.

The Dallas, TX-based company was founded in 1983 and booked $13 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026. It plans to list on the NYSE American and the NYSE Texas under the symbol KATX. KAT Construction Services filed confidentially on July 21, 2026. Z2 Capital is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
