Focus Media Network, which operates digital advertising screens in commercial buildings in Singapore, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $25 million in an initial public offering.
The company plans to raise $25 million by offering 5 million shares at a price range of $4 to $6. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Focus Media Network would command a market value of $100 million.
Focus Media Network operates a digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising network in Singapore, centered on digital screens in the elevator lobbies of office and commercial buildings. Founded in 2005, the company has more than 800 digital screens across over 500 commercial building locations, including Central Business District office buildings, coworking spaces, business parks, and retail destinations. It generates revenue primarily by selling advertising across its digital and static assets, including LED screens, wall murals, and lift stickers. Its inventory is also available to advertisers through third-party programmatic DOOH platforms.
The Singapore-based company was founded in 2005 and booked $4 million in revenue for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol FMSN. Focus Media Network filed confidentially on May 13, 2026. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
