Aspen Neuroscience, a Phase 1/2a biotech developing stem cell therapies for Parkinson’s disease, announced terms for its IPO on Monday.

The San Diego, CA-based company plans to raise $150 million by offering 9.4 million shares at a price range of $15 to $17. At the midpoint of the proposed range, Aspen Neuroscience would command a fully diluted market value of $494 million.

Aspen Neuroscience is developing autologous induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived therapies for neurodegenerative diseases. Its lead candidate, sasineprocel, is a single-dose cell therapy made from cells taken from a patient’s own skin biopsy, designed to replace the dopaminergic neurons lost in Parkinson’s disease. The company is evaluating sasineprocel in an open-label Phase 1/2a trial, in which 15 patients had been dosed as of August 18, 2026, and following feedback from the FDA, anticipates dosing patients in a Phase 3 trial in the second half of 2027. Sasineprocel has received RMAT and Fast Track designations from the FDA.

Aspen Neuroscience was founded in 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ASPE. Leerink Partners, Piper Sandler, Stifel, UBS Investment Bank, and Oppenheimer & Co. are the joint bookrunners on the deal. It is expected to price during the week of October 26, 2026.
