BioVentrix, a medical device firm developing minimally invasive treatments for heart failure, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Wednesday. It originally filed in February 2026 with a proposed deal size of $17 million, but never set terms. It last updated its prospectus in May.

The Mansfield, MA-based company was founded in 2003. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol BVXX. The Benchmark Company was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
