Creative Future Acquisition, a blank check company led by Chinese executives, withdrew its plans for an initial public offering on Tuesday. It had filed in September 2025 to raise $60 million by offering 6 million units at $10. Each unit consisted of one share of common stock, and the right to receive one-tenth of one share of common stock.

The Hong Kong, China-based company was founded in 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CFACU. Craft Capital Management was set to be the sole bookrunner on the deal.
