Patriot Mobile, a wireless communications company focused on Christian-conservative organizations, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $10 million in an initial public offering.
Patriot Mobile provides postpaid wireless voice, text, and data service to consumers, businesses, churches, and organizations that share Christian-conservative values. Rather than owning spectrum or network infrastructure, the company purchases wholesale capacity through aggregators with access to all three major national wireless networks, and customers can select one or multiple networks on the same device. It also offers devices, mobile internet, device protection, financing, and accessories. As a public benefit corporation, the company supports organizations that defend First Amendment freedoms and Second Amendment rights, advance the sanctity of life, and serve the military, veterans, and first responders.
The Grapevine, TX-based company was founded in 2013 and booked $102 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol PTRT. Patriot Mobile filed confidentially on August 12, 2026. Northland Securities is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
