Centinel Spine Holdco, which makes total disc replacement implants for the cervical and lumbar spine, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

Centinel Spine's total disc replacement (TDR) implants for the cervical and lumbar spine are designed to preserve motion as an alternative to spinal fusion. Its prodisc platform includes four cervical systems and one lumbar system, and is FDA-approved for one- and two-level procedures in both regions of the spine. Manufacturing is outsourced to Ohio-based Hammill Manufacturing. In the US, Centinel sells through a sales team supported by more than 400 independent distributors.

The West Chester, PA-based company was formed in 2008 through the merger of Raymedica and Surgicraft. It booked $157 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026 and plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol CNTL. Centinel Spine Holdco filed confidentially on May 8, 2026. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Piper Sandler, Canaccord Genuity, and BTIG are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
