Canadian push-to-talk device maker Siyata PTT withdraws plans for a direct listing on the Nasdaq

Siyata PTT, which makes push-to-talk devices with a focus on first responders, withdrew its plans for a direct listing on the Nasdaq on Wednesday. It had originally filed in August 2026. The registered stockholders had planned to sell up to 6.1 million shares. At its $7 reference price, Siyata PTT would have commanded a market value of $85 million.

The Montreal, Canada-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $11 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol PTT.
