SPAC Pop Global Acquisition files for a $100 million IPO, targeting advanced technologies

Pop Global Acquisition, a blank check company targeting advanced software, hardware, materials and energy technologies, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.

The company plans to raise $100 million by offering 10 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, and one whole warrant to purchase a share, exercisable at $11.50.

Pop Global Acquisition is led by Chairman and CEO Norman Cerny, the Investment Director of Guru App Factory (OTC: GAFC), and CFO Nikola Miletic, the Senior Financial Director of Torridge Business Consulting. The SPAC plans to target companies developing, integrating or enabling advanced technologies, including software, hardware, compute infrastructure, engineered materials, intelligent systems, automation, specialized components, and energy and power technologies.

The New York, NY-based company was founded in 2026. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol PGA. Kingswood Capital Markets is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
