KiNRG, an HydroThermal Reactor power plant developer with data center construction operations, raised the proposed deal size for its upcoming IPO on Thursday.
The Wilmington, NC-based company now plans to raise $18 million by offering 3 million shares at a price range of $5 to $7. The company had previously filed to offer 3.8 million shares at a price range of $4 to $5. At the midpoint of the revised range, KiNRG will raise 7% more in proceeds than previously anticipated and command a fully diluted market value of $394 million. The offering represents a relatively low free float of 4.6% of total shares outstanding.
KiNRG is an early-stage company developing plans to design, permit, finance and construct its patented renewable HydroThermal Reactor projects, which uses ambient heat and evaporative cooling dynamics within a tower structure to create a downdraft that drives turbines to generate electricity. Following the acquisition of TRINITY on April 1, 2026, the company’s operations also include commercial construction and infrastructure services primarily aimed the data center industry.
KiNRG was founded in 2010 and booked $257 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2025. It plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol BYOP. R.F. Lafferty & Co. is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
