Amaero, a producer of titanium and refractory metal powders for defense and aerospace 3D printing, postponed its IPO on Wednesday, citing adverse market conditions. It had filed to raise $53 million by offering 7.5 million shares at $7.06, the as-converted September 11 close of its shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (3DA).
The McDonald, TN-based company was founded in 2013 and booked $12 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026. It had planned to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AMRO. Stifel and Baird were set to be the joint bookrunners on the deal.
